Refund policy
We hope that you are pleased with your purchase, However if you need to return an item, please contact us at daisydazeuk@gmail.com, Please make sure you contact us within 14 Days of receiving your parcel with the following information.
- Order Number
- Full Name
- Delivery Address
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Please ensure your parcel is well protected in its original packaging as we are cannot be held responsible for damages or loss that occur in the return shipping of the item. Any shipping cost to return an item is at the cost of the customer.
Once you have notified the Daisy Daze Team of your return your parcel needs to be returned to us within 14 days.
Damaged/Missing Items
Here at Daisy Daze we check all of our products before sending them out, please inspect your order upon receipt if your item has been damaged in transit or an item is missing please contact us within 14 days of the parcel being delivered at daisydazeuk@gmail.com. Please include images showing the damaged item and the packaging that your order arrived in, for us to make a claim.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Perfectly imperfect items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds
Once we have received your return refunds will be issued within 48 hours. Please note the original delivery cost is non-refundable unless your purchase is faulty.
Please be aware it can take up to 10 days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at daisydazeuk@gmail.com as quickly as possible. We will do our best to cancel your order before it is dispatched, unfortunately once the order has been dispatched we will be unable to cancel the order and you will need to arrange a return.
Furniture
Please ensure dimensions will fit before ordering furniture as returns may incur a returns charge.
A few of our pieces have been deliberately and professionally distressed and aged for an authentic look. With this, comes imperfections and fading as part of the design process. These are deliberate effects to the styling of the furniture. Please also be aware that colours may vary slightly from the colour tones shown in the pictures on the website.
