Refund policy
At Daisy Daze we have a 14-day return policy if you have an issue with your item. If 14 days have gone by since receiving your order and it arriving back to us, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at daisydazeuk@gmail.com, Please make sure you contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. If you need to send your item back to Daisy Daze please ensure your parcel is well protected as we are not responsible for damages or loss that occur in the return shipping of the item. Any shipping cost to return an item is at the cost of the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Furniture
Please ensure dimensions will fit before ordering furniture as returns may incur a returns charge.
A few of our pieces have been deliberately and professionally distressed and aged for an authentic look. With this, comes imperfections and fading as part of the design process. These are deliberate effects to the styling of the furniture. Please also be aware that colours may vary slightly from the colour tones shown in the pictures on the website.
Damaged/Missing Items
Here at Daisy Daze we check all of our products before sending them out, please inspect your order upon receipt if your item has been damaged in transit or an item is missing please contact us within 24 hours of the parcel being delivered at daisydazeuk@gmail.com. Please include images showing the damaged item and the packaging that your order arrived in, for us to make a claim.
SALE Items/Imperfect Items
All sale and imperfect items are none Refundable or Returnable
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, candles, wax melts or scented items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued on receipt of returned product excluding original delivery cost. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
